I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at 333 Grand Street Apt 915 as I've moving to D.C. for work in early August. The move-in date is flexible - you can move in as early as July 25th but the date is flexible. The lease ends 12/31/2020. The unit is a 1 bedroom unit on the 9th floor. Rent is $2,694/month and there is no amenity fee. This is a new building and I was the first person to live in the unit so it's in great shape. If you look on the website for 333 Grand Street, prices for 1 bedrooms currently cost $3,500+/month.
The unit is spacious, has a large breakfast bar, hardwood floors, plenty of closet space, two large living room windows, and a great view of Jersey City. The building has plenty of amenities including a pool, virtual reality play room, sound proof music room with a piano, theatre room, and more. 333 Grand Street has been amazing to me - the neighbors are friendly, the building is high quality and new, and the doormen and other staff provide excellent service.
333 Grand Street is part of the famous Liberty Harbor community so in addition to the amenities here, you have access to all Liberty Harbor buildings including 50 Regent and The Regent. This means you can use the gyms, pools, dog bathing station and other amenities at the buildings in Liberty Harbor.
The leasing team requires the following of prospective tenants: x40 rent, last 3 pay stubs, copy of ID, copy of Social Security card, $80.00 for application fee and 1.5-month security deposit to apply, and first month's rent upon approval.
Additionally, I'm willing to leave most of my of my furniture for free if you are interested I'm taking a few pieces but I'm going to be parting with most of the pieces so let me know what you would like and you can have it for free.
